The cap colour is Scotland Blue, a small tribute to the great Christian history that Scotland has. The text colour is Liberty Gold, which reminds us of the liberty we have in Christ through His life, death and shed blood [e.g.- Romans 6]. Also, that God's law is to us more precious than the finest gold [Psalm 119:27].
