I am in my 40's and have ADHD. My husband bought me this Tshirt and I am glad he did for it actually helped him understand me at times! I love this shirt and on those days that I even get on my OWN nerves because of the "zinging" of my thought processes... It helps to laugh at times!
Spike, you made me laugh out loud. Glad you like it and thanks for the funny, refreshing comment. I also have ADD and I have this shirt, lol.. I know what you mean.
I have ADD and i think this is freaking hilarious! I already bought one and hope to wear it the next time i go somewhere with my friends. I am sorry that you found this offensive to your children but i am like dieing of laughter right now. It really shows what we go through cause trust me it is hard. I have been typing for like five minutes now. lol
My son has ADHD and I think this shirt is great! This is the type of thing he does and it makes me laugh my butt off every time he does stuff like this! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!
I've actually seen this shirt in many different catalogs, (minus the actual chicken, or squirrel, or butterfly...) I'm sure ironydesign didn't mean it as an insult, tehpewpewz. I've seen things far worse than this out there.
I have ADD myself and if you'd read it carefully, this is not meant as an insult to those who have the disorder. It's just meant to point out how easily distracted one can be with the disorder. Most people who have ADHD/ADD can see the humor in themselves and don't take themselves so seriously. It helps to deal with it. I'm sorry that you took this as a personal insult to your children. It's obviously not meant this way.
my children have adhd, and they struggle with even simple things in life everyday. hope you get a dose of your own mean medicine you worthless human being.
