There are a number of meanings here. You can choose the one you like (this is one of those multiple choice designs, I guess): (1) I don’t vote because there are never any candidates I like, (2) I prefer to vote for a woman, (3) I vote but I’m never satisfied with my choices, (4) I hold out hope that someday Jesus will return and run for public office, (5) I don’t vote because the best man, me, is not running for public office, (6) I don’t like any of the candidates so please don’t ask me who I’m voting for.
