After The Rain Impressionistic Oil Landscape Paint Neck Wear by dfishbac

I took the photo from which I painted this piece one evening after quite a rain had fell on the area. The rain ended for the day and the sun came out but was setting as I took the photo. The puddle in the foreground was ablaze with the reflection of the red barn. The air was clear after the rain the sky was free of any clouds. It was a beautiful scene that just beckoned me to photograph and then paint it.
