Metaphorically translated an Ice Gola product would mean - something cool, desirous, envied, coveted and treasured the world over.
In India an Ice Gola is a small globe of ice churned out from an ice crusher, then sprayed with flavored syrup with rock salt, pepper, aromatic spices added to it and finally slurped by the user, leaving a multi-sensory cool experience. Somewhere along the way, every institution subtly immortalizes its spirit in all those who walk in its shadows and arrive under its roofs. I hope that each one who carries the products of Ice Gola would also carry the spirit of the institution with them always. |
