This water colour design (see back of shirt) was rendered in Japan and used in the printing of vintage silk rodeo scarves, popular during the early 1900s and highly collectable today. The Japanese artists worked from real photo postcards of rodeo events taken at the early Pendleton Round-Up in Oregon.
