Fun description. What's better than a good, crisp apple.
This makes me think about our grocery stores in the U.S. which have delectable-looking (but not always tasting) fruit, most dipped in shiny waxes and often waxes with dye. My what bright yellow that lemon is and oh the brilliant oranges. Pick them off a tree and they look mottled but are juicy and taste great.
