I am into Ken Wilber because he's one of the hottest bald men I've ever aspired to meet. Mostly he inspires me with his brilliance. I must admit that I don't understand a whole lot about Integral Theory, but I'm trying to wrap my mind around the concepts as a means of delaying incipient dementia. I figure if I continue to exercise my brain/mind by attempting to understand things that are mostly way over my head that there's the potential for generating new brain cells. Besides, he's got a sense of humour and I like that.
AQAL stands for "All Quadrants All Levels". If you want to give your brain a good workout, explore the whole integral philosophy schtick. Stuff about Ken can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ken_Wilber#AQAL and there's links to all sorts of stuff. Or just Google Ken Wilber and prepare to be astonished.
