@notacon
I labored through the turgid prose of Atlas Shrugged at the tender age of 14. Yet, I managed to absorb some of the principles Rand espoused. With time, I elaborated those and placed them into practice. I'm a well-educated professional, a physician, in fact. I'm respected and well-thought-of by my colleagues, my patients and my family. That's the power of rational principles, *right there.* I'll take your inane bet any day, for whatever sum you choose, if you will accept mine: By any reasonable standard, I'm more successful, happy and fulfilled in my life than you are. And that too is a product of principles. I say this with confidence because your frenetic screeching betrays you for exactly what you are, assuming you're trying to be taken seriously. Being neither an Objectivist nor a "teabagger" I have to admit your stereotyping is amusing, though not convincing. (BTW, along with "teabagger" jabs, I'll bet you have some great n*gger, polack and cripple jokes too, don't ya?) Well, thanks anyway for a peek into the workings the creepy neurological monkey-house you use for a brain. Remember to keep repeating that "Atlas is not shrugging" as things continue to crumble. It should keep you from thinking, so you won't have to be concerned with reality until later. (And if anyone doubts you... just yell louder.)

hey "notacon"
right, you're not a con. just an idiot. with a trashy mouth. judging by your language the only thing you read is porn and weed mags. maybe someone will listen to you one day if you can learn to make your point with at least a shred of elegance. meanwhile, go spend your welfare check on twinkies and diet coke, which I'm sure you do, and shut the hell up.

Notacon??
You are a con....or just plain naive and ignorant. You are also a Socialist at best and a Marxist (like your hero Obama) at worst. So get off your butt and get out of our pockets!

To 'notacon'
Why do you fear it so? It is clear that you damn it in utter terror. You got a better philosophy? How about write your own f**king book that stands the test of 50+ years and continues to sell past your own death. A book that is reported by those-who-do-read-it as fundamentally life changing. Do you feel good about yourself as you spew unwarranted insults and mindless hatred towards others whom you simply disagree with? I suppose tearing down a statue is just as virtuous as carving it as is apparent in your own remarks. Or are you a bible thumping holy roller who thinks Ayn Rand is leading all *GOD* fearing 'sheeple' to the slaughter? If that the case then, I commend you for practicing what you preach. Have you actually read the whole book sir?

Who is Jo-blahblahblahblah
I'm willing to bet that anyone wearing this t-shirt or displaying this bumper sticker is not a "captain of industry" but rather some poor misguided teabagger who has been convinced by some slicktalkin' truckdrivin' professional panderer to vote against their interests. Furthermore I'm willing to bet that said teabagger has not even tried to read Ms. Rand's 1100 page Piece. Of. Shit. but is just parroting some like-minded neighbor or saw some egomaniac congressman wave it around on the floor the the house. And they probably haven't read it either. Speaking from a literary point of view, it's total garbage. Soap operas are Shakespeare compared to this blatant, repetitive suckjob. And philosophically speaking it lays a giant turd as well. The only scenario in which "objectivism" makes any sort of sense is it a black and white Stick figure world in a Bizarro universe. Ayn Rand is (sorry, was) a megalomaniacal hag with zero talent. Atlas is not shrugging. You're not scaring anyone. Get a clue.

Ayn Rand is a modern day prophet
Who would have thought that her fictional story would ALL come true. It was only 50 years ago that she wrote this and we have almost gotten to the end of the book, only this time it isn't fiction. If you haven't read Atlas Shrugged yet, what are you waiting for? The end of the world? Wake up and go Galt!!! It is the only thing we have left.

Atlas is shrugging....
Do explain! to me it's the weight of the world, or maybe the state of the world, being a very heavy burden to carry...but explain fully, because I just saw this on a car and I took a picture of it...

Excellent!!
To bad the average moron driving around today has no clue what it means!!
