This serene forest photograph was taken on a trip to Hershey, PA, USA. It was one of the many trips we took there to see a specialist for my daughter's arthritis when she was young. This walk was always a calming place to destress. The quotation reads: "Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.
