good fun product but oh so slow delivery

I ordered several items including this mug all at once and they arrived individually - which was fine but standard delivery speed is painfully slow. Now I don't know where the blame lies for that as Zazzle emailed to say the items were being despatched within a very short time of ordering. The Free Standard Delivery Offer was superficially good but around Christmas, and with my being in the UK, it really doesn't work very well. I think Zazzle may need to adjust the cut off time for such an offer to try and minimise disappointment. The last 2 items - including the mug - only arrived during the 1st week in January. Not good for Christmas presents!
The mug is great but quite expensive for it is.

Printing is perfectly good; it seems a quality item all round (the mug is made in China) - not sure if it's dishwasher proof (no markings to say so).
