This shaded chow artwork is a fusion of a watercolor I created, some digital magic and a dash of textile design skills I picked up along the way. Faint Gingko leaves add textural interest to the jet black background...an easy tie to keep clean!

. AVAILABLE THROUGH SEPTEMBER, 2009 ONLY!! After that this design will be retired from the website to keep your awesome tie as exclusive as the jewellery I sell. It takes me hours of extra work to design the backgrounds going up the tie as well as adjusting the original artwork to create an eye popping...crowd pleasing wearable art fashion statement!!!!....that was a mouthful!! The colours in this one would go well with greys and of course black, white, neutrals and anything with a hint of blue or green in it. A very versatle design!!

Even denim with a cream or black shirt would be quite the casual statement!!! If you purchase this I would love to see some photos of the guys in your ties!!!! I handpainted silk ties for years until I became allergic to the dyes and now am so thrilled to be able to to ties again.
