Anyone who knows anything about the (political) situation of the "official Guinness World Record Holder" of having absolutely no federal government, whilst having the most regional governments, secretaries, prime ministers, members of parliament, secretaries of members of parliament, staff of secretaries of members of parliament, (and so on and so on and so on), and not forgetting (to be able to pay the gazillion politicians above) the taxes, taxes on taxes, and taxes on taxes on paying taxes, will agree with this new name for that small country that most people may have heard of (chocolates, beer, good, bad and ugly female tennis players, Jean Claude Van Damme), but that nobody knows the exact location of.
Some even claim Belgium just doesn't exist, that it's a myth, an Urban story.
Well, I think it exists because I was born there (not my fault), unless I wake up in a few minutes and come to realise that is was all a bad dream.
