LOL this is a trip!
I think it might be balanced from my perspective, looking at it..seems like it would balance on the water with a little bit of bobbing, just take a dramamine for crying out loud :)

Like the basic concept...
I'm concerned about it bobbing and rolling a bunch once mid water...and I've concerns about sea-worthyness...I mean, once the thing's floating along, arent' there going to be some real problems with keeping H2O out? STILL, a great starting point! I like it a lot. I like the sky iris and the photovoltaics! Nize.
