Desert View Watchtower, a landmark historical building at the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona. Designed in the early 1930s by Mary Colter, this was the first national park location to incorporate native materials, design and labour. For many years the Hopi who built and decorated its interior lived there and showed their art to tourists. Original travel photography by Tammy Winand.
