Leslie Peppers is a Modern Minimalist, her signature, paintings in black and white acrylics. Over the years she has been influenced by the pointillism of Georges Seurat and the simple object works of Andy Warhol. The artist has shown in major cities throughout the world along side her husband, the sculptor JD Peppers. Her art is in business and private collections that include Dundee Wealth and Yoko Ono. The Harmony Series, began in 1992, completed and exhibited in 1997, is the spark that ignited the Coexist movement. Go to www.jdpeppers.com to view sculpture and paintings.
Photography is another artistic genre she explores, with styles ranging from vintage, digitized, black & white and selective color. Primarily the subjects and objects are things that surround her at her home nestled on an island off a coast of the United States.
Notes from the Artist:
2013 January : Zazzle, in their infinite wisdom, has decided to " narrow the clutter " by making things hidden in sub-categories until you click on them. For instance: If to you want to see ALL the items a certain photograph is available on, click on Photography, then the title of the photograph and suddenly everything will appear.
2011 March : I would like to thank Judy Henslee of Harley-Davidson Motor Company for her considerable time and effort spent on my behalf to publish "Gypsy".
