My mum loves this cup and cried when I gave it to her a few years ago. She was upset when she recently broke it and there was no other personalised cup like it that I could find so I logged back in and sure enough I was able to reorder it easily. Only negative is the price - it is a lot for a cup, but as it’s the one my mum missed having I really wanted to replace it exactly but in total it was around £30. Delivery and tracking information provided were good.

In little tiny writing on the product information paper it says, "This product is not intended to be leak proof and not guaranteed against leakage" Are you seriously selling this non- leak proof thermos?!! And I ended up paying 61.00 dollars for it! You should be ashamed!!, And I'm telling everyone that asks about this item!

I thought it was cute you could put like the santa hat on, I didn't like how the middle of the ornament it was like frosted line that didnt make it look as good wish it wasnt like that or I would have chosen a different picture.
