Canton, Ohio was once known as "Little Chicago" and has an interesting history. We enjoy sharing reproduction art from old postcards and other vintage sources. Those who live here may know that McKinley Avenue was named for President William McKinley following his assassination. The street was originally called Plum Street. The old school located on that street, Plum Street Grammar School, was then named for the fallen president as well, McKinley Avenue Elementary School. (Now known as Wells Elementary School). We began making our Canton related products in 2005, the year of our city's Bicentennial. Plum Street Connection--connecting our past with the present.
