【よつかま】鎌紋。／元来鎌は諏訪神社に於いては、殆ど神体と見做されるものであって、例えば、薩日隅三州の諏訪神社にては、大抵鎌を神体として祀っている。・・・諏訪明神は、・・・軍神の他に風神として崇められ、暴風の節には鎌を竿頭に結びつけ、風の吹き来る方向に向けてこれを立て、そうして風を防ぐ習慣が、諏訪神社を中心とする隣国、例えば甲斐・相模・駿河・上野・越後・越中・飛騨・遠江・三河・尾張・美濃の地方に行なわれている。（沼田頼輔著「紋章の研究」）

Looked great and was perfect for my Nana's 99th it arrived super quick so much quicker than sending the original from the other side of the world!
