I finally got to another box from the artist’s estate so many of the prints in my shop come from. The box contained a pile of 19th century hand-coloured animal prints, on top of which was a typed list of the prints in the box, a description thereof, and the date of the prints. This one was dated 1824, and it’s a beauty, tiger-ally speaking. Plus it looks equally beautiful on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including tote bags. The tote bag is smashing! It feels very sturdy and well made. A great size, can fit all your bits and pieces and the handles are strong, but long enough to be able to sling over your shoulder. Perfect for out and about! Absolutely love it! Have to say, the print is excellent! I should know, I painted the original painting. I ordered the bag to see how well my painting translated into a bag and I am wowed! Some pics of my original painting and the bag next to it, fabulous print job!
