In Kentucky, notices were tacked up in 1920 and the news was not good, depending on which side of the issue you were on ... all forms of alcohol prohibited.
In this photograph, a Liquor Store is going out of business and exhorts: Lay in a Supply now why you can! Queen of Nelson was a brand of Kentucky distilled Whiskey.
Kentucky voters added Prohibition to the state Constitution in the 1919 election, taking effect July 1, 1920. This empowered sheriffs and police officers to conduct raids. However, Police were not too enthusiastic about Prohibition (many officers were wet-leaning Catholics).
Moonshine stills, speakeasys, and medicinal alcohol flourished as Kentuckians, although one of the first states to enact prohibition, ignored the new temperance Law of the Land

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
