Whenever I glimpse a curtain or apron from the 1940's at a Flea Market, I find the comforting smells & feel of Grandma's kitchen flooding back to me. So pleasant, I wanted to share the experience by re-creating that look & feel in new fabrics & home decorating products. The design on this cushy throw pillow borrows it's colour scheme of soft aqua, ivory, ash grey & carmine red & layered tile pattern from a the background of a 1940's tablecloth. Back is solid aqua.
