The two pennsylvania railroad Passenger locomotives where restored at the Juniata Terminal Company in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The two historic 1950s era passenger locomotives were completely rebuilt and repainted as they would look when delivered to the Pennsylvania Railroad by the electro-motive division of General Motors.
