I can't say enough good about my experience with Zazzle. The reputation of any company is definitely built on the way they do business, but their integrity is shown by the way they handle the occasional mistake. When I first received my order, there was a small printing error. I called customer service late on a Friday afternoon and the problem was resolved with a matter of minutes. The rep was apologetic, kind, and very helpful. I received a replacement order, completely correct, by the following Monday! I bought these RSVP cards but edited them to make them into save the date cards for our upcoming wedding. They look gorgeous and were exactly what I was looking for.
