I ordered 'Save the Date' invitations for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. I had trouble uploading one of the photos. I called customer service and the representative provided me with complete instructions on how to load an image. After trying the photos, I was still not satisfied with my work so I called customer service a second time and the representative gladly assistant me with the image. She was very patience and explained how I could see her work and she made sure i was satisfied. The invitations looked great. My parents and family are very pleased with how the turned out. The quality of the print turned out great. I was nervous that the photos would be blurry but both photos printed very clear. The representative also made a recommendation to increase the font the size of the text. I really appreciated that suggestion.
I am very pleased with the quality and timely delivery of my cards. I am a two year customer of Zazzle and will continue to use your products and services. Thanks.
