Our Tribute design honours the valiant legacy of the 79th Infantry Division while also capturing the essence of the well-known "Cross of Lorraine." During World Wars I and II, this infantry unit, formerly known as the 79th Division, played an important role in the United States military reserve. It was reactivated in 2009 as the 79th Theatre Sustainment Command and is still making history. This tee commemorates their unwavering courage and resilience in battles ranging from the Meuse-Argonne in World War I to Normandy and Rhineland in World War II. I LOVE this tee shirt. The fit, quality, feel of fabric are all good for the price. The design is genius. It's so inspired and a bit crazy. I go to opera and concerts a lot and like watching the conductor and this piece really has the spirit of inspiration and verve and becoming totally one with the music.
