My expectations were as good as the actual product. The material is a bit rough but its very nice and pretty. I rate the design a 10 out of ten. The printing didn't come out blurry at all, it was great. I enjoy that you can choose what to put on the custom throw pillow. I enjoyed the product and it raised my expectations. Would be better if you could select several photos at once from your own saved photos to save them on to the website rather than one at a time. Great quality in fact ordered 2 more of a different photo layout design for Christmas presents. Photos and photos of drawings my young nieces did on this cushion turned out perfect or I should say ‘purrrrrfect’ as they were all photos of their cats
