SPRINGFIELD, IL 62702 (paperclip it to a picture) I just know I had always had migraines and they had gotten worse the last couple years and more frequent, as soon as I put the arise card on my picture I felt a click in my neck. I have had a couple headaches since then, but just a couple and not near the severity of pain. That's all i know.

This card is great fun and good quality. I loved the humour inside and on the back. There is the opportunity to change the orientation of this card from landscape to portrait, which I did. It is relatively straightforward to amend the typeface to fit the new orientation. It was well packaged with no plastic. The printing on this card is excellent.
