A regal dragon suspends above flurry of fluffy clouds. Light blue, almost silver, Huge almost bird like leathery wings and a unique arrangement of talons below. A sturdy scaled tail used like a rudder to adjust the angle of his / her flight, but more likely fight. This tail , the most dangerous part of a dragon. This dragon has a long serpent like neck.
