The Adoration of the Magi is a nativity scene created somewhere between 1450 and 1460 by Fra Angelico and Fra Filippo Lippi. This is circular work which was a popular shape for domestic religious paintings at the time. The bright colours and timeless beauty of the ancient piece of art make it an excellent addition to a Christmas nativity collection. The scene shows visitors to Jesus, Mary and Joseph including the wise men. Christmas style has never been so easy.
