I love the creativity in such a simple design. The letter "I" stands out on black background = "I am black." It's also capitalized, along with the letters in "CAN" which together reads "I CAN." And of course the more obvious "African American" with the shared letters for the overall message. There might be even more "hidden" messages in this ingenious design that I've overlooked. I ordered several and will be using them during Black History Month. Crisp image and vivid colors. Very nice.
