"Chickens," on the other hand, are individuals who are involved or consulted (like stakeholders or external experts) but are not directly responsible for the project's delivery; they are "interested" but not "committed" in the same way, contributing their "eggs" but not their "bacon." This distinction helps clarify responsibilities and fosters a sense of shared ownership among the core team.
