Aging in Place, Caregiving Daily Planner Notepad

Use this tear away notepad for your Mum, Dad, Grandparents to help them scribble down all of the things that are happening in the day. They may be retired but they have a number of tasks to accomplish within a day which are very important to our aging community of loved ones. This is one of my tools I created for myself after dealing with an emergency caregiving trip for my parents that helped me juggle my own family while also handling the tasks of my elderly parents. When I left, this notepad helped my Mum stay on top of her day to day without feeling overwhelmed. I did not want a diary or a book but rather just a page they could scribble whatever they needed. They can write anywhere on it or change it up. Make it work for them. For many of our aging having blood pressure vitals or taking blood tests for diabetes at home is necessary. They could hang onto the pages or throw them away. Its a great way to give them a checklist for the day and a sense of accomplishment. You can also use the notepad to write down anything else that you're thinking or feeling, no matter how big or small.
