Akechi Mitsuhide Enemy at Honnoji Calligraphy Art Poster
明智光秀: Akechi Mitsuhide, was a samurai and general who lived during the Sengoku period of Feudal Japan. Mitsuhide was a general under Oda Nobunaga, who then became famous for his rebellion against Nobunaga in 1582, which led to Nobunaga's death at Honnoji in the Honnoji Insident. 敵は本能寺にあり: "The enemy awaits at Honnoji!", is the annoucement make by Mitsuhide to his troops in the Honnoji Insident (本能寺の変), signalling the attack on Oda Nobunaga and his small number of retainer in Honnoji.
In the background is the kamon (family crest) of Akechi, Tokikikyo (土岐桔梗) or "Japanese bellflower".

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
