Alice Encounters Talking Flowers in Wonderland Metal Tree Decoration

I gave this ornament to my granddaughter in recognition of the school play she was in. The design was perfect for the occasion. I especially like the fact that you can personalize the back. The quality fo the ornament is very good.. Second time around the printing was perfect. I ordered 2 ornaments and the printing was on the rim, even though it looked fine when I ordered it. When I called to complain, your representative taught me how to use the icons on the left of the ornament to make sure all the printing was inside the red line. There is no directive on the use of the icons. I received a refund for the price of the original ornaments, but not for the shipping. I don't think I should have been charged for the shipping since the printing was off the rim.

It arrived quickly, opened it and it is beautiful, pretty red ribbon to hang, it's not flimsy atall like some you can buy from different places. It looks perfect. Imaging is perfect. its comes in a pretty little velvet bag

I expected it to be a little plastic feel but very happy when it arrived as very good quality. My 14yo will love it for his Christmas tree decoration. Exactly the colours you see online are the colours you get, nice and bright.
