Alice in a Da Vinci Portrait wonderland goth Print
"Alice in a Da Vinci Portrait" is the title - one of my favourite Alice in Wonderland paintings I've done yet! This is the second in my sub-series called "Alice in Other Lands" which are paintings featuring Alice in a variety of unusual circumstances, often inspired by art history. Here we have my Alice in a portrait themed reminiscent of Leonardo da Vinci. You can see many da Vinci references in this painting - the Mona Lisa, Lady with an Ermine, landscape elements, Madonna of the Rocks, etc.. Alice is looking very mysterious with her Mona Lisa smile, and that Cheshire Cat of mine looks a bit too wily to sit for a portrait.... This is a painting celebrating my loves of Alice in Wonderland and renaissance art - no reason why the two shouldn't go together! I've always thought that Alice's adventures should continue into many other bizarre tales, and you can expect to see more from me in the future. My own lowbrow big eyed take da Vinci's work - a celebration of my love for Art History in general as well. I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.

it's very good quality especially for cutting out, i chose too big of a size but thats okay as it still looks really cute on my door :3 and so cheap to print as well thank you.
