Antique Tropical Hummingbird Jungle Pattern Yellow Wrapping Paper I created from vintage elements from the 18. century. I have a passion for historical roses and vintage Redoute illustrations and the beautiful paintings of Pierre-Joseph Redouté and other botanical illustrators are a treasured source of inspiration for me. So many of my Redoute fabrics contain those floral elements and I like to mix them with other tropical flowers, animals and birds. It looks really great and feels to be good quality. It will be excellent for family gifts and crafting. Overall, I am extremely pleased.
By the way, it is a Family tartan, not a Clan tartan. The design was quite accurate and the colours match our kilts, but I was a little disappointed about the position chosen for the tartan. The Kilgour tartan has two very distinctive narrow yellow stripes running at right angles to each other, and one was hidden in the selvedge area so virtually invisible. (See photo.) Maybe it is better in the wider ribbons.
