Black and White Tree - This art nouveau tree is a vintage tree pattern drawn by Art Nouveau illustrator Aubrey Beardsley (1872-1898). The image of the tree is in black and white, initially used as a book illustration. Trees were a recurring theme in the art nouveau era, from 1890 to 1910, when there was a return to nature, strong graphic line, and images that reminded the art nouveau artists of mediaeval etchings.

It has provided the finishing touches to her casket which is in the shape of a German Shepherd. This dog tag is on a small collar around the neck of the casket. Thank you for such a superb tag.
