Every printer needed an apron. We don't know if the Asylum Journal printers wore anything like this, but this apron features the 1842 masthead logo for the newspaper that was written by patients at the hospital. The name changed to the Brattleboro Retreat many years ago, but we like the gothic-sounding Asylum a bit better.

The product would have been great however there are several red marks on it which leaves me very disappointed. As it is a white apron as well these marks really stand out. Such a shame as this was meant to be a Christmas gift. I know aprons will get dirty over time but it should at least begin it’s life mark free! The print itself was good and would have looked great without the extra red marks on it.
