Audubon Cedar Waxwing Bird Tea Towel
Audubon's Cedar Bird, more commonly known as the Cedar Waxwing today, was painted for Birds of America by John James Audubon between 1827 - 1838. This was Plate 43 of the series of birds painted by Audubon. The Cedar Waxwing is a medium-sized bird, marked by brown and grey, and tipped with red wax-like wings. Cedar Waxwings are also known as the Southern Waxwing, Canada Robin, Cedar Bird, Cherry Bird, or Recellet. The Cedar waxwing lives at the edge of forests with good access to berries and water.

I was delighted with the beautiful tea towels, the design looked really lovely. I adore garden ponds and these towels and other products I ordered with the same design will bring me so much pleasure. My garden is too small for a real pond. If you love ponds and wildlife this design is for you!

They absorb so well and wash up really nicely not losing their colour at all. They are expensive but in my opinion they are well worth the money. Yes they turned out perfectly to match my new kitchen
