On the chest of the eagle is located the old shield of the Duchy of Austria, which forms the basis for the flag of Austria. The eagle's claws hold a golden sickle and a golden hammer, which represent agriculture and industry. The broken iron chain between the two claws indicates liberation from the occupation of Austria by Nazi Germany (1938-1945) and was added after World War II.

The item was heavier than I thought, which is a good thing. A lot of t-shirts these days are made from low quality thin cotton which don't last. This is much thicker cotton that should last much longer. The print was centred perfectly. It is a good size and the colours are nice and vibrant. Exactly as the image shows.
