Baby cheetahs, also known as cubs, are some of the most adorable and fascinating animals in the world. Like all big cats, cheetahs are born blind and helpless, so they rely entirely on their mother for food, warmth, and protection. As they grow, baby cheetahs develop their distinctive spots and learn how to hunt and fend for themselves. However, it can take up to two years for a young cheetah to become fully independant from its mother. Despite their fierce reputation as the world’s fastest land animal, baby cheetahs are incredibly playful and curious, often wrestling with each other and chasing anything that catches their eye. They are also incredibly social animals, and in the wild, cheetahs often form coalitions with their siblings or other young cheetahs, hunting and living together for many years.
