I have used zazzle a couple times and they have been wonderful. This last time I used them I forgot to change my address, like an idiot. I have been freaking out because these are invites for my best friends surprise baby shower! The tracking device showed that they were shipped and delivered to my old address but the package was no where to be found! A week later, still freaking out, I called up Zazzle and got through right away to a representative and he graciously send they would send me new invites free of charge and rush them out for me. I will ALWAYS use Zazzle and recommend them to anyone that asks! Thanks again Zazzle, you saved my butt! I'm sure it will turn out as great as the last one!

This was my first time ordering invitations online. I am from the old school of filling in the blanks on store bought invitations. There were lots of designs and colors to choose from and I was very impressed with how easy it was to create a personalized invitation. I will definitely be coming back for more!! The invitations turned out just as I had hoped. The colors were beautiful and the design was exactly what I wanted. I chose just the basic card paper and envelopes and was very pleased with the quality.
