I am very happy with this custom ornament. The custom design process was easy and the final product is great--small like I wanted but feels substantial and good quality. When it arrived it had a small print defect and I was able to work with customer service to get it replaced for free, and the second one looked perfect. I was frustrated at first because the print had a white spot in the middle that marred the picture, but I was able to email customer service and they replaced it for free. The second print was perfect with no problems. The print quality is very good and I appreciated the dedication to getting it fixed.
