I am so incredibly impressed with not only the ornament, but this website in general. The first time I ordered this ornament for my son I messed up the back of it. After contacting customer service they told me that there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so after I received the ornament in the mail, they would give me a credit for a new one.
