Balloon Vertical Banner, Photo Prop, Tablecloth 1

The idea to use tablecovers as banners or backdrops came to me a couple months ago, and I'll post a few tonight with several more coming. They can certainly be tablecovers; yet, the idea is they can also be hung as a banner for your party or special occasion. This one will be great for prom .... numerous parties .... you name it. Add Text if you'd like .... Hang as a back drop for photographs. I am posting several versions of this one. I did pay the Extended License Fee to legally use each image here for you. I think for this one, I'll post it in my Graduation or General Invitations Category; yet, since most will be applicable to different occasions, I'll also add a COLLECTION for them and probably should add a category on my store.
