I was disappointed when I received my customized business cards. The color on the front, was not a deep black as expected, and each card had small, white imperfections in the black. The writing on the front was too close to the edge, and although I missed the guide lines, I would have thought there would have been some sort of quality control to catch this. I used the basic white cardstock, which was adequate, but nothing fancy. I contacted customer service via email after receiving my cards, to relay my disappointment. They were very helpful in issuing a credit and not requiring the return of the cards. They also gave helpful hints about customizing and using guide lines. I absolutely love ordering cards for my jewellery business from Zazzle. I especially love the earring cards as they have the holes pre marked ready for me to punch and apply my earrings. I’m now looking to get the round stickers with my business name and logo on. Amazing service. Printing was perfect exactly what I was looking for.

The product it’s great, great graphics and colours, I loved that I could made this card on my own way, just like I wanted. The cards came out fabulous I love it so much.
