Banana Leaf Quilt Tea Towel

The original pattern by ZoeSPEAK on this Kitchen Towel was made from Zoe’s original photographs of banana leaves on a tree in the garden. The photos are closeups, showing the ribbed patterns of the leaves as they curve around each other in the sunlight. The photos have been tinted with a variety of muted colours, sheer greens, blues, browns and purples. The seams where the photos meet have slightly wavy edges, as if stitched together like a quilt.
