We started with a prepared template to create a thank you card to match our Baptism invitations and then customized it to meet our vision for the design and message. The finished product came out excellent and we have received so many compliments on the cards. My constructive feedback is that the Zazzle design software can be difficult to work with and requires some patience and persistence. Also, although the card itself is of high quality, Zazzle envelopes are very thin (much more so than other services). Those are the reasons for the 4 star rating. Excellent printed products

Overall the quality is excellent, however 2 edges of the card had a lime green colour and just needed to be guillotined off. I did complain to customer service and they sent me a replacement which was perfect. So as I result I have ordered more. The paper quality and print quality and top class.
