Colourized photo from 1942 Original Title: Mr. Pennepacker, one of seven barbers in town Location: Lilitz, PA This is Mr. Pennepacker and this is his barbershop. Since the war started, he has had sixty less haircuts a month since the boys left town. Now that he has some free time, he became an air raid warden, to do his part in the war. And the boy is his sidekick - Shoe shine boy.
